Brief
A brochure, then an e-book, then a script, then a website, etc.
I met Rick at a local networking group where he’d picked up significant business over the last ten years, so he didn’t have time to work on his new brainchild – The Property Marketing Revolution- because he also worked full time for his own real estate agency.
We combined creativity and purpose with each piece of content to aim for copy that stood out for his particular audience, staying away from old industry cliches and focusing on delivering a specific message to his agents.
Over a year, the scope included:

Process
Rick and I knew each other through networking meetings, so we had plenty of opportunities for face-to-face meetings where he would quickly run through his ideas and form the brief. Or other times when he had an idea burning he’d pick up the phone or send over his notes by email.
It started with one small piece of work and grew to an entire suite of content.
He gave me a complete creative remit, so I often presented new concepts and ideas for the piece, and he often went for them.
